They are possibly the reason for living, especially when the ice cream mooshes out through the sides and the sandwich part gets stuck to your fingers...

Yes I love ice cream sandwiches, when I was in the Philippines ,we always eat it for snacks,we spread the ice cream any flavor in a sweet bread rolls. Thanks for your question, I have'nt eaten ice cream sandwich since I left the country 26 years ago.Now that it reminded me ,when I go to grocery I will buy ice cream and bread rolls. absolutely! strawberry shortcake and mint from 'skinny cow'; strawberry cheesecake by turkey hill; yummy!
other than that, i make my own flavour combinations or go to one of my 8 favourite places to buy ice-cream sandwiches in nyc. my personal homemade favourite uses stroopwafels instead of actual cookies.
