Its an old tune, posibly 60's or 70's.

"I feel fine, I'm looking for peace of mind",(normal singing), than goes to...
"gettin' around, gettin' around", that is what it sounds like, it is ruff and deep voiced.

Dose anyone have an idea of the title and artist of this classic rock song?

Sorry, I am sure it isn't Boston. This song is much older.

A male singer. 60s, or 70s. Definitly NOT 80s or 90s.

This song is titled "Draggin' the Line," although that line is practically unintelligible in the recording. It was recorded by Tommy James (of Tommy James and the Shondells) in 1971 at the start of a solo career without the Shondells. TJ & the S's are also well-known for the songs Crimson and Clover, I Think We're Alone Now, and Mony Mony.
