I mean i have a asus computer and what is the window c.d carried with it?

OK, when you bought your Asus computer it came with MS Windows on it already probably, the MS Windows CD that came with it is what you would use to reload the Windows operating system if you needed to. It also can be used to add features to Windows that may not already be installed on your computer. It can also help in repairing the Windows operating system if a problem should develop. If your computer didn't come with MS Windows on it already, then you would use the CD to install MS Windows on your computer to get it running. The CD is usually setup with all the appropriate drivers just for your particular computer as well.

In general, ASUS makes mainboards, but usually NOT enduser PCs, and thus your question makes no sense, as you can't buy an "Asus PC". If you did not buy Windows when you got the PC, that means the one you have now is an illegal copy.
