Comparing Verizon Wireless and Cingular, Cingular is more cheaper in cell phone plans plus they have rollover minutes if you don't use your entire minutes for the month. Verizon however has better coverage in many states and cities and does not have drop calls compared with Cingular.

If you are planning to go to Australia and Europe, Cingular is the better way to go because Cingular uses GSM network meaning their phones have sim cards that can be used with any GSM phones in many countries.

Cingular of course....they offer rollover minutes and also they use GSM technology and UMTS....which can be used overseas...u can also get discounted rates on roaming rates with cingular....the plan is only 5.99 a month which can be added and removed at any time depending upon when you are traveling...only cingular will give you discounted rates for international....no roaming and no long distance with cingular...a true nation plan

VZ is not cheap also .45 cents a minute for over mins used. What is you Cingular plan right now . My sprint is over mins and they only charge you $5.

VS is not a customer friendly company and they screw people all day long. So be real cautious before you switch
