Large breasts.
I kid, I kid. Obviously (most) women are more mature than girls, because they are older and have (theoretically) had more experiences. Their voices deepen, and they grow (or it thickens/darkens) body hair, if you want some physical differences. They become sexual beings. I really don't know what sort of answer you're looking for here.
But women usually still have bigger breasts than girls.
