How do you use Sims 2 body shop to make new clothes and stuff?

If I remember correctly, it comes with a readme file which tells you how to make new things. But basically, you select an item of clothing or a hair or makeup look, and click some kind of button to make a copy. All the required image files will be copied to a file named for your new item. You will need an image editing program like Photoshop to change the image files, although in a pinch you can use Paint to make very basic changes to the files.
