If you are using a different type of protection then previously you may be having an allergy to it. For example if you change brands of condoms some of N9 or different chemicals that may be irriating your skin.

Also you could be just lacking lubrication. Try using KY or any of the other brands that are WATER BASED so if your partner is wearing a condom it won't weaken it.

You should visit your doctor. You could have a UTI (urinary track infection) which is cured easily with some antibiotics. You should have your doctor just run a STD test just to be on the safe side. You said that you have only had one partner but does that go both ways? Its best to just get a test done to be sure. AIDS/HIV wouldn't have this sort of symptom so if it is any STD, your doctor can help you treat it easily.

I wouldn't let everyone scare you with all this STD stuff. Yeah, it's never a bad idea to get checked out, especially if you're suspicious of his activity with others. But to me it really sounds like you need to make sure you're lubricated. He will rip layers of skin if trying to have intercourse when it's dry down there and it will cause burning, especially when urinating.

Hi, It's probably thrush, an infection, or an STD (you do use protection don't you). Whatever it is go see a doctor, just in case it's something unpleasant.

Are you using protection? If so, maybe you are allergic to the protection (i.e., lubricant, spermicide, latex, etc.).

If you're not using protection, I would definitely get an STD test to ensure everything is okay.

Good luck.

I would suggest seeing a doctor.... but it may be something as simple as a lack of natural lubricant. Try something like KY Jelly... and then if it still burns, certainly call your gyno.

Maybe you tore some skin...and try using a good lube, that always helps.

i'd say that you either have a urinary tract infection or an std.
