my teacher told me it was in ear, the bone stirrup.how true?

Its actually a structure in the inner ear called the cochlea. Fluid in the cochlea tells the individual their orientation in space by interacting with hairs that line the inner surface of the cochlea which send nerve impulses to the brain and muscles are stimulated throughout the body to "right" the position for balance and equilibrium.

It's not a bone. It's a chamber in the ear that's filled with fluid, and lined with tiny hairs that detect the liquid. If you flip over, the fluid rolls around to a different side of the chamber.
