I think it really does, for your bones. I guzzled milk left and right when I was preggers. My son has hit his big head playing, and rolled off the bed quite a few times. I worried and wondered "how many times can a little fella bang his noggin and not have a concussion or something?" But I'm a firm believer that me drinking all that milk (cuz he was on formula then) was the reason his skull is tough! I think it does do a body good with the calcium.
