With proper rest stops and enough sleep to keep you from killing yourself, 3 and a half to 4 days. But... take your time! Its a great country and worth seeing. A lot of the smaller towns have been bypassed by the newer freeway systems and that is just too bad. Try following the old route 66. When I was just a kid we traveled cross country several times. it was fascinating, beautiful and made you realize just how large the US really is. Have fun with it!
I do know bikers that have made the trip in 50 hours. but they were using drugs and had to crash for days to recover.

At least 3 to 4 days, just take your time and enjoy the scenery.

I'd guess 3 very long days or 4 average days of driving.
