Frozen, you come to a point where you're so cold your body gets numb and you can't feel anything. You just slowly fall asleep and then die.
Burning to death might be quicker but it's ever so much painful....and I've terrified of being burnt to death ever since I saw a documentary about that....

oh wow. that's a toss up. being frozen at a certain temperature would feel like burning..........
but, i'm going with being frozen to death.
Alteast after your body reached a certain temperature of cold, you would become unconscious and then just basically, "die in your sleep." .... so there would be a short bit of being uncomfortable as you became increasingly colder, but.... certainly not the same type of pain that you would feel if being burned to death .... as you would feel your flesh 'ripping' and 'peeling' and melting off of you..... (and we all know what if feels like to get a slight burn from a hot stove or something)... imagine that all over your body! Yes, i think i'd go with being frozen to death... and i HATE the cold!

Frozen. I don't mind the cold but the heat bothers the crap outta me! Plus I've read that when freezing to death a person suddenly feels warm and peaceful and then falls asleep and doesn't wake up...

Frozen--you just get sleepy and tired. It;s like dying in your sleep.
Burning hits all of the nerve endings and is very painful. And the smell of your skin and hair burning is an awful odor!!
