I need a liquid extract for sleeping that would kind of "knock me out" for a couple hours. Some disturbances would be noise and movement. Does anyone know where I can get one online?

1. Im not a young man.
2. I have a busy schedule and normally I wouldn't get sleep at all because whenever I do, I can't sleep for 2 hours.
3. It's for me.

Like I am really going to tell a young man how to get a hold of a liquid that will put someone to sleep for a couple of hours... Shame on you boy.....

Well u can go to a pharmacy and pick up sleep eazy it is an over the counter sleeping medication, if it is not available on the shelf you could certainly talk to the pharmacist who would be more than happy to assist you with your issue.

I'm not sure why you want it to work for a couple of hours, only. If you are having trouble falling alseep, I have found that Benadryl works to make me drowsy enough to fall asleep.

my granny would get a lemon squeeze in to a coffee cup add honey and water microwave until warm then sip it down knocks the sore throat right out
