Depends on a few things... like what they call you ... how well they know you ...
..also ..its sometimes down to interpretation...maybe you just THINK that they are calling you names... ;-) lol

It usually depends on what they call me. like one time, this kid found a compact and waved it in my face and said "Look at it..What do you see???? UGLY!!!!!!" and i cried my heart out the second i got home. That happened recently. And i usually don't get offended by stuff like that. If someone called me butterfingers or stupid i wouldn't care. But I'm a growing girl and to be told that can really hurt!

Sometimes I am offended when somebody calls me names, but sometimes I don't care, because I don't have a high opinion of whoever called the name to me. Meaning what ever they say is crap anyway, so I don't pay attention to their name calling.

Time and a place. I take things with a grain of salt, but there is still a point when you get offended no matter how laid back you are.

It depends. If they have a good reason. If they just come up and call me a loser I don't care. But if its someone I've known and respected I would be offended

It doesnt bother me as much if it is like a cat fight with the b word and c word and all that stuff that isnt really true and you both know it, but i am offended when it's deep, or makes sense and they are serious.

Sometimes, it depends which mood I'm in. Sometimes I say yes and I defend myself, sometimes I say no, when really I am offended, and sometimes I just laugh when Im called names lol

If thye don't call me a name then how will I know if they are refering to me ?
People who call others names are just showing their ignorance !
When I was in high school I used to always stand up for the special needs kids who wuldn't stand up for themselves !
