Thor could only win if the version your thinking of was the fully Asgardian version of Thor.He would the have the magical advantage that the others who have answered before me speak of.Their strength is a pretty good match,but Superman has always been weak against magic,so he would lose if this was the case.However,if the version of Thor is the one where Donald Blake strikes his cane on the ground to become Thor,then Thor would lose.He would lose because all Superman would have to do is disarm him and he would turn back into Donald Blake,a guy with a cane,that Superman could beat easily.One way Supes wins,another way Thor wins,take your pick.

Thor no question asked bcuz 1.Hes a god 2.He has the ability to stop time(gained it in a recent isdue forgot title) 3.His strength,speed,etc. is greater 4.Supermans primary weaknesess are Kryptonite & magic & Thor knows magic 5.He went 12 rounds with Hulk 6.He beat more powerful villains 7.He has flipping lightning which is beyond the ordinary 8.God>Alien 9.Thor has an indestructible hammer 10.Superman is powerful but is weak compared to Thor
