I have two baseball cards that have no marks on them except for the names of the players and "made in the USA" on the bottom right hand corner.

They are both in black and white. They also have no stats or anything on the back, but are made of cardboard.

One is of Whitey Ford and the other is of Gil Hodges.

I've tried to find the selling price of them, but so far every site wants me to buy a membership to see the different prices on hundreds of cards. I really need help with this, because I'm not going to let them go without finding the real value

Surf completed sales on eBay.com.

Getting a firm identification of the cards (year, set, condition) would help though.

Usually Series 1 contains card numbers 1 to 330 and Series 2 contains 331 to 660. At least for Topps. If the Tomko cards is Topps is would have been in Series 2. 2001 cards aren't going to be worth much at all. Commons should be 5 or 10 cents and stars around a buck or two. Price guides will give you a general idea of what a dealer will sell the card for but that usually doesn't mean much for collectors trying to sell. The best way to get accurate prices is to check the completed auctions in ebay.
