Filtered water from your faucet is the best. It is the freshest so it is the least likely to have any bacteria growing in it like can happen with bottled water.

Hi, I only used tap water, and all of my children are fine...and quite bright. Baby water is purified water with added flouride. In some areas, where the water is unfourinated, or just yucky...you will know if you live in one of these places. People prefer to buy bottled water...and bottled baby water. However, the drinking water/tap water is not harmful to your child. It is just a matter of personal preferance. Anyway, you have to think: Bottled water has only been around for 15 years or so. And, you, yourself, probably drank water directly out of the tap. good luck!

you don't need to buy special water, you can use tap water and if you have a filter even better. if you feel more comfortable with bottled water, you can use any kind, except if they have added minerals or something. also what i used to do for my new born, just cuz i was a new over protective mommy, i would boil the water for 5 mins just to make sure i killed anything and everything that might be in there. so really its what ever you feel more comfortable with. hope i helped ya some, have fun with your baby, they grow soo fast.

Honestly, I use bottled spring water in my babies bottles. When I run out and dont have time to make a quick run to the store, I boil tap water.

You can buy bottled water or jugs of nursery water at any local grocery store. If that's not an option, you can always boil tap water to purify it. Just make sure to let it cool to room temperature before making milk. I used to boil the water in a large stock pot and use a funnel to put it into clean jugs or even in a pitcher. Make sure to refrigerate it after you are done, just to keep germs out.

You can buy it at wal-mart. It's called nursery water and its the same price as any other gallon of purified water. I always bought it for my son but you can use any bottled water or just boil tap water. Personally though I found it alot easier just to buy the nursery water.

Baby water is not necisary. Try bottled water, or buy a Brita filter for your faucet. You can also just boil regular tap water and then bottle it for later. Baby water is a waste of money.

no, any bottled water will do. Tap is fine as well, but it may have an aftertase that the baby won't like. Get store brand purified water.
