Wouldn It be better to have a middle class citizen running the United States. Seems only right. The majoirty of Us citizens are Middle Class, so that person would know what to do best for the people.

Someone from the middle class (an endangered species these days) who has had to live on a budget.

If we held a national lottery and picked people at random, we'd have a better class of people in office.

I think we have sunk to a totally new low with George Dubya. I don't think anyone could be worse. Yes, I do think someone with some idea of what the middle class experiences on a daily basis would be a nice change. Oh yeah, Mitt Romney. He is worth billions. I'm sure he is worried about the price of gas and prescription medications.

I consider myself middle class, and I would not run for any office in today's political climate. I don't understand why anyone with any brains would want the job.

I take it that you have no respect at all for F.D. Roosevelt or J.F. Kennedy.

I don't care at all about how much money they have in their bank account. I don't have wallet envy. I care about what they're going to do. And the fact of how much money they have has nothing to do with what they will do.
