The NBa draft is near and I'm wondering, who's the best player in the draft! Either it's greg oden or kevin durant! Who's better and why!

kevin durant by a mile. greg only has the inside. kevin can be any where. outside j, take it to the hoop. small jumper, u name it. greg stays inside. kevin is an all around better player.

Kevin Durant is the best pure talent in the draft...and the college game. But I think Greg Oden will be the first pick because in the NBA teams just do not pass up great "big men." As much impact as Durant will have in the league, Oden is a player you can build a championship team around. I think Durant will end up like Garnett (perennial all-star with no support), and Oden will end up like Duncan (4 championship rings).

This is like saying who'se better Shaq or Kobe? I mean it just depends on what you want. I think overall Durant will make the better player and have the better career. But if you want a guy that can play inside and dominate, Oden is your guy. Durant reminds me a lot of LeBron James when you watch him play. He's got great vision, can pass, shoot, rebound...he's got it all.
They'll both get you 20pts and 10rbs a game, but I think Durant will get you more assists where as Oden will probably get more blocks.

Durant. He has more facets of the game he can dominate. Ge will be "lights out" as he gets his body stronger. Oden will be good, but Durant has a better chance of being an All-Star and a Hall of Famer.

Kevin Durant is faster then Greg Oden and Oden is bigger and stronger but Durant is a good shooter so it depends what team they play for but durant will be good with seattle or portland but oden i dont see with seattle

Greg Oden is easily the best choice.
He's a franchise player than will dominate the low block
He changes the game defensively like a Mutombo or Mourning & scores on the inside like (but not quite as dominantly as) Shaq.

if you guys listin at the orlando camp Oden outran durant on a 3/4 court sprint. but i would go with Durant.

they are both really good players and it's hard to compare them because they play such different roles on the court. over all, oden is probably better, but i think at this point in time, i think it's up to who plays better with our team (i'm from portland) i don't think we can go wrong. but to answer the question, durant is probably the more complete player and oden is the bigger stronger rarer player.
