anyway, i asked a question last night about the orbs in the sky that me and my husband saw last night. we saw them here in colorado springs. we saw them at about.. 10:30 last night towards southwest. the weird thing about themis that, because it was partly cloudy at the time, the orbs would somewhat circle around pretty fast but not in the same circle. and another thng that really gets me is that you can only see the dim light when it s behind the clouds, when it comes out of the clouds its as if it turns invisible and you cant see it until it goes behind the clouds again. there was one swirling around by itself more towards the west (by the mountains) and then 2 other ones swirling around towards the south. what do you all think of this? please, only serious answers.

my husband says theyre angels, cuz he dont believe in the whole ufo/alien stuff lol. what do you think? and were there anyone else that saw them?

What you were probably seeing was someone shining a laser at the clouds. The looks exactly like what you described. A tight beam flashlight will create a similar appearance. You can verify this yourself by buying or borrowing an inexpensive laser or flashlight and trying it. Be careful there are no airplanes in the area because its a federal offense to shine a laser at an aircraft.

certain high intensity spotlights can also cause the same effect, particularly if running a show pattern and the clouds are faster motion.

if the air is particularly dry, the effect could be made more dramatic from cloud to cloud lightning.

Allow me to muddy the water further.. do you live near a military base? high alitutde flares getting tossed aroudn by wind currents, particularly ones used in fighters as coutnermeasures could cause some bizarre effects if seen from a distance.

In addition, there is even less actual evidence for angels than aliens. Frankly, most characterizations of aliens portray them as amazingly stupid in methodology anyway... but since the UFO thread is closed I can't go into that particular rant on how I suspect aliens would look at the earth if they were around. (I would not, however, that virtually all reports of UFO activity tend to be at times of hightened military development or deployment)

I've heard about the Colorado lights, one person described them as if the clouds were shooting them across the sky. I s that what you saw? Keep in mind there are Air Force bases in Colorado I have absolutely no doubt we've got aliens and have had them for years and years. I Believe in most of the Star Gate theories about ancient Egypt and the Pyramids. There is a book called Beyond the Gate and it makes sense to me, Not the show it's self but the theories. although I love the show too. There have been Cartouches and Pyramids with what look like air craft and a submarine? so who knows, i think the Roswell Grey's exist but I also love that your husband says their Angels.

So you don't believe in UFOs or other worldly beings but you believe in angels? We as human beings are able to travel into space and to other land masses in space but you feel that in the great vastness of the universe we are the only living beings able to accomplish this?
