would we have enough room in our jails for everyone?

We'd have to use the animal shelter mentality. Once it gets overcrowded, put somebody down. And we'll teachers coming to adopt people and they're checked in on regularly to make sure they're educating people. I think that might work.

we probably would not have enough space. however, since it is a crime that u go 2 jail 4 it will encourage more ppl 2 b smart bcuz if they r stupid they go 2 jail so mayb we'd have space. but naw probly not. im in advanced classes and GEM math so i wont hav 2 worry my family is smart too. but every1 has moments wen they act stupid. that will never be a law bcuz some ppls view of stupid is different from another.

No way...Almost everyone's houses would have to be converted into a small jail, starting with the White House

I think we'd fit better in the jails, and let them have the rest of the world. Logistically speaking.

Nope, because EVERYBODY is stupid sometime.
People would have to be set on house arrest, because there definately wouldn't be enough jail cells.
