well i did that and stained it and it's not matching with the other panel's of fence,any idea's?maybe another coat of stain?

Since you have already stained it .. hmmm
The man gave you more work than it was worth by bleaching etc.. I would probably have given the whole thing a prime coat.. then the stain..
If your stain is opaque(solid color)... just add another coat and it should cover it up.. good luck!

Sadly you asked your question AFTER the fact. Initially I want to assume that by "discolored" you mean the wood had weathered/silvered, and need not have been bleached, merely pressure washed.

Your issue now may only mean that you need stain the lighter shade until it matches, as closely as possible, the darker shade.
