Just about anywhere that sells fish tank supplies. You'll probably get more selection at a "real" pet store than somewhere like WalMart, though. There are kinds that are rigid, and others that are flexible, so you can bend them into shapes across the back. You'll need not only the wand, but a pump and tubing as well.

dont forget about a check valve, and air pumps are usually rated by the size of a tank.
