I don't have a problem with the government listening in on phone conversations of terrorists and their sympathizers. Left wingers, who would whine and complain that the government didn't do enough if there was another 9/11, would all have you believe the CIA is gathered around a table in Washington listening to you ask your wife if you should pick up a loaf of bread on the way home from work.

the Judge..Royce Lambert is a Reagan appointee..so Politics isn't a cop-out here.
Interpretation of the law is up to the courts..and if the Courts decide it is wrong..then it is.
FDR did way worse..opened all mail, interned citizens , fed the press info through the War Information Agency..
you have to look around and honestly say..was this their intention when they ran for Office?..I don't think so-we live in extraordinary times..and 9-11 changed everything..regardless of what the You-tubers say

I do not believe that the government has the authority to wiretap American citizens without a warrant. However, those who are not citizens are wide open for surveillance.

Look buddy, these wires are going in peoples phones who have known links to terrorism. That means their names were found in documents after raids on terrorist safe houses, given by other terrorists in interogations or a myriad of other TERROR RELATED reasons.
You're name doesn't get put on these terrorism watch lists for running a red light. I say wire tap all you want. If it keeps my family safe from maniacs going jihad I'm all about it.

Terrorists have already won....Who told Bush to attack Iraq, while the capital of terrorism is Saudi Arabia???? Bush has been the worst president by far to lead this beautiful country, and he should get the same fate that our soldiers get over there everyday day....!!!!

No. But the government loses. We all lose more and more with each liberty we give up.
