Do people come from all over the world for junior olympic swimming?

IM not new to swimming but this is my first year going to Jo's. If not is there a world championship or somthing?

JO's are sanctioned by the AAU and are US National event. All participants must be part of an AAU sanctioned club and an AAU sanctioned swimmer. Here's more details on the qualifications and stuff:

FINA has a Youth World Championship every 2 years that draws athletes from all over the world. The next one is in 2008. Here's the info on that:
