Your breasts will increase in size when you are pregnant. Your stomach will grow dependant on the size of the baby, the position it's in, and your shape before you got pregnant. For instance, I didn't look like I was pregnant until I was nearly 8 months along, but I grew on top within the first two months. So no worries! You will show when its right for you.

You don't say how far along you are.
Fairly early on your boobs will get larger before the belly.
Also each women carrys a baby differently. Some are all out there. Others carry the baby wide and in the back of the body others have more amniotic fluid than others

maybe your uterus is in the wrong part of your body.....lol no just kidding, you may just get a bachache is all....or a hunched over spine. no health concerns though unless they are too big to be able to notice a cancer.....there are reductions available though
