Does anyone know where to find a really good guide for starting solids? Like how many bottles, how much cereal to start with, when to go to vegetables and fruit and the amounts. Things like that!
This is my second baby and I have forgotten already!

do a search on the web, there is so much information out there and most of it is so contradictory anyway. We go by what feels right to us.

We delay all solids, no juice or baby cereal or anything, for the entire first year. Then they switch to table foods that we eat, no jar foods. Nothing processed and no additives. :)

I use Baby Center it is really an awesome site! You can set up a profile for your baby and they keep you updated every month on what to expect. They also have great info on how much you should be feeding when, how much and what. Good Luck!
