I would agree that if an Alien creature came to Earth it would be highly unlikely that humans would be a compatible or desirable form of food. If they could successfully digest us, then they could digest cows, which provide much more meat and would be a lot easier to get. Also, if they had mastered interstellar travel, chances are they have already mastered a way of providing themselves with energy that would not require them to hunt humans for sustenance. But to answer your question more exactly, just because an Alien eats a human, doesn't mean that it doesn't eat other things and that it didn't eat something else before it got to Earth. What if the main delicacy on there planet was a type of hairless ape like creature that was hunted to extinction? Maybe they would come to Earth to see if we tasted similar. The universe is too vast to believe that something is not possible. I think I see an Alien behind you right now holding a spork.

That is a great question. I doubt that they eat big-macs, LOL! or even cook. They might eat each other, but I doubt that too.
