I played a practical joke on a mate at school - nothing too serious. I put a woopie cushion under his seat. Anyway he got back at me in a horrible way. We were changing in PE when he put the corner of my towl on the door. I thought I dropped my deodrant can outside so I opened the door (As I thought I still had the towl on). Then to my horror there was a roar of laughter from inside the classroom. Its like the dream when the whole school sees you naked. The whole town knows never mind the school! I hate it. It happened two weeks ago and people are still talking about it. My surname is McNulty and people are now calling me "Penis McNulty". how ridiculous is that! Even a teacher accidently said "Penis McNulty" when calling out the registrar in class and another refered to me as Penis. No-one will take me seriously! What will I do? It has gone too far.

Bloody hell, does this kind of thing actually happen apart form in your worst nightmares?
The teacher said it on purpose. I swear there is nothing you can do about apart from change house and schools, however a few years from now it will be legendary rather than freshly embarrassing. People will come from far and wide and ask are you Penis McNulty?!
I don't mean to make fun, it is serious but I was trying to cheer you up. I don't think you could get over that apart from move to another planet, it will take a few years till people get over it I'm afraid but the jokes will carry on for life but it will stop hurting after a while because it sounds like a joke, the only thing you can do is laugh about it and when people see you are not embarrassed then they can't be bothered.
But boy do I feel sorry for you. I wouldn't make fun out of you, I like to be a minority.

rise above it! i can appreciate that it was probably awful but once when i was in school my skirt ripped n 4 half the day i walked round with my fat **** hanging out. at the time i didnt want to go 2 school it lasted about 2weeks n like u everybody in every year knew, even people that didnt go my school.
ny only option was to fight fire with fire. the more u avoid it the more people will try to make a fool of u. laugh it off...say well at least u were all the first then say something like ye n if that happens ill show my ar*e in town then quickly say oh no i forgot ive already done that.ha ha silly me
dont worry it wont last 4ever n in a few years u will laugh yourself

This does not sound very plausible. You "thought" you had your towel on and you "thought" you dropped your deorderant can outside? Why would you go out in a towel even if you did think you had one on?. How in the world is your school set up so that the entire school saw you naked? .

Seems quite apt here.
It's not probably what you want to hear, but it's the only way that you'll stop the jibes.
If they see you're not bothered by what they all say - they'll soon get fed up and stop.
But by being constantly miffed about it all - you're perpetrating the situation.
It's no fun, obviously, but grit your teeth for a short while, and it'll be worth it.

Laugh along with the bastards! Try to look as if you're enjoying the notoriety and let them think the girls are falling over themselves to ask you out. There's no fun in teasing someone who enjoys it. Getting over things like that is part of growing up. What doesn't kill you makes you strong.

i am soo sorry. that's so horrible. those people are such @$$holes. my advice, which might be horrible is, leave the guy who did this to you along. like, i know revenge is sweet, but if you do something, he'll fight back. and obviously, he's a profesional s***l**ker.
just let it get around that your pissed at people calling you that, and when somebody does it, get really upset with them, to set an example for the rest of them.
people are totally rude and insensitive. i'm sure it'll blow over in a week when someone does something equally embarassing.

wow thats a tough one, must be difficult to get over that. not much u can do about the bullying,other then ignore it, i know that it is easier said then done but that is all u can do.soon enough they will fprget all about it, untill that time just laugh along with them, when they see that u dont care about it any more they willl stop. good luck.x

This isn't bullying, it's hilarious. To deal with real bullying (my 11-yo classmates used to try to catch me unawares and then randomly kick me in the nuts. Hard). Anyway--real bullying can be deflected through violence. Bullies only respond to fear. Just go total psycho on one. Put him in the hospital. Then you'll get a reputation as someone with whom it is unwise to trifle. But you just got a fairly clever prank pulled on you. Suck it up, laugh with it, and wait 'till you can move out of the town. 'Cuz the town's never gonna forget.

I would agree with the above, laugh it off and call it even. There are far worse pranks done even when you get older. Accept when you are older you have the girls boyfriend chasing after you down the street. hehehe
