I'm young so I know I have a long time before I think of persuing someone seriously, but I just wonder sometimes if there really is someone out there for everyone. I mean, what percentage of people actually don't find anyone and end up unmarried the rest of their lives.

Yes, I can tell you that right this minute somewhere, a person that will make your day, week, and ....for life is just as concerned about finding you and is looking. I know it's a big world and you may have to do some sorting out, but that's called life and it is a process. I have to believe it was meant to be that way. We gotta kiss some frogs to find the prince/princess. Enjoy it, don't agonize, be there in the right place in the right time and it will happen. How to do that, you get out there and do the right things. Otherwise, well, that's the few that can't seem to find just what they want.

Not everyone is destined nor intended to marry. There are some married people who have realized a bit late that marriage is not for them! There may be "someone" for everyone but a lot of the "someones" are not the RIGHT ones! Never get desperate and settle for less than the best.

I've never surveyed or paid too much attention towards this. But, yes, many people prefer to be single.

It's not necessary. Haven't you seen unmarried or who chose to remain single. Therefore, It's not necessary that there's really someone for everyone.
