Ok... blowing oxygen into the tank is a good idea. Because the will be starved of oxygen jue to the pumps and air stones being off. Put a duvet over the fish tank. keep the hood closed,If you can heat water by another method do that then put it in a 2 litre bottle and sit it in the tank (this will act as the thermo stat) and thats all i can think off, And if you have a petrol generator use that, Thats what i have on stand bye incase.

The tank will actually hold heat and oxygen for quite a while. If you're worried about temperature, wrap a blanket or sleeping bag around the tank.

Rather than blowing in the tank (your breath also contains carbon dioxide), just scoop the water and pour it back into the tank periodically.

ADDITION: For the future, you might get one of these and a battery supply to keep on hand:

LMAO...I am sorry it justs sounds so funny. If you had a book you would know that the air bubbles do not add heat. If you have any way to heat water...such as a gas grill, or whatever....you could add a bit of boiled water every few hours as the tank cooled...but do so carefully because you don't want to overheat your tank or burn your fish. It will lose about a few degrees every hour. OH...don't put any of the hot water on the sides of your tank or it will break.

if the cut is only for a couple of hours it should be fine
unless the temp out side is way different to the water in the fishtank eg. 30 degress (lol)

the blowning into airstone might work i m not sure
have ago
good luck

Okay who ever said BLOWING AIR into the fish tank to make bubbles is a great idea because of oxygen is a complete MORON. When you blow out you blow out carbon dioxide which will kill your fish DO NOT DO THAT. Also go to the goddamn fish store and buy something else your fish are dead.

Edit- copperhead said it first -_-
