Is there a specific website that will tell me how long a house has been for sale? I know the realtor I was using was able to find out this information, but since I'm no longer using her, I would like to find out this information myself

Normally this information is only available to Realtors on the internal part of the MLS. Perhaps you should consider hiring another Realtor if the one before did not work out for some reason. Let me know if you need a refferal to a good agent in your area.

yeah try yahoo real estate and use mls listing. U might have to register and when you do put in the name of the city and the price range and it gives you that information .
