My 3 months old baby likes to play than to eat. What can I do to let him know that he has to eat first? He will cry when I put the nipple into his mouth but smile immidiately after that if somebody talk to him. He does that even when he has not eat for 3-4 hours.

Your child will eat when hungry.
The baby may not be going through a growth spurt right now.
Talk to the child, interact with him. Children need that just as much as physical food. It's called "snapping gaps"!
A happy baby is a wonderful thing! ☺

my little boy is 11 weeks old and he only eats once every 5-6 hours... I would suggest that you let the baby get a little more hungry: let him play and THEN feed him. he'll let you know when he's ready to eat... I've NEVER heard of a baby that would starve themselves to death. IN THE MEAN TIME, it sounds like you have a little social bug :)

Don't worry, he will eat when he is hungry. Believe me, eating when your not hungry is a learned habit that babies don't have. He will let you know. Don't force him to eat or one day you might end up with an obese kid.

Then try talking to him while he's eating if that's what he likes. If you are concerned about his weight, speak to a pediatrician about some routes and options you might be able to take instead.
