I'm not sure, but at least homosexuality spontaneously generated at SOME point, or else it wouldn't exist at all, since at some point two heterosexuals reproduced and the result was a gay person.
I do know that if two people have a kid that's gay, and then have a second kid, that kid is SIGNIFICANTLY more likely to ALSO be gay than the usual chance. That's documented scientifically.

I've said this before and I'll say it again.......
out of 4 children, 1 is gay - he shares a common mother (lesbian) but on his fathers side he has a gay uncle, my other children dont have any other relations that I know of that are gay and they are all straight, so my answer is yes, there is a higher chance.......

No, the chance of homosexuality would be slim, considering only 10% of the population is gay.

No, it not genetic, it is the values that you are raised with and how your parents developed the child's self esteem.
My Grandfather was gay and my wife switched teams after 10 years of marriage and two kids. I won custody of our very young sons. Neither is gay even after being exposed to the gay lifestyle by their mother for over 15 years.
Saying you were born gay just relieves you of taking personal responsibility for your actions.

Absolutely YES! I have wasted the past 10 YEARS, so far, trying to convince my gay "boyfriend" to change his ways and love ME - for "REAL" - instead. He stubbornly refuses to do so, and I am quite convinced by the fact that his own FATHER "came out" when he was an adolescent, divorced his mother, and still to this day, lives with another MAN - that all this had an ENORMOUS influence on his OWN life choices!!!! "Like father, like son" kind of thinking, and apparently, it is now set in STONE!
His DAD set the example. His DAD sent the message that men sleeping with other men is just fine & dandy! And so, this is now the way he CHOOSES to live his OWN life. I don't stand a chance in un-doing what his FATHER taught him!!!!!

my motto (one of many) - there is no such thing as a dumb question - only dumb.... people who down people for asking questions.

No, because there is no evidence of any genetic influence on homosexuality.
