whats it like if u have a hole in your amniotic sack and your just leaking fluid? Iwhen i wiipe i have a fluidy clear discharge. mucusy too. is this ok?

if you think your leaking call your doctor and head to your labor and delivery unit to be checked out this can be dangerous. to the baby

If you have a leak in your sack you need to go to the doctor, it may be just discharge or mucous membrane but if there is a tear in your amniotic sack it not good to let it go, you could end up with an infection. Congratulations on your pride of joy and i hope everything goes great for you.

If you were leaking fluid, You would be wet like you pee'd in your pants, not just when you wipe.. I'm 26 weeks preg with my 4th child. Every pregnancy Ive had discharge. If you are concerned you could always contact your OB.. Good Luck :)

How far along are you? Could be your mucus plug. If you think you are leaking fluid you need to get checked out. If the sac isn't intact the risk of infection to the baby increases and they will want to do something.

There is danger of infection etc getting into the womb when the sac is broken, so be careful. Water breaking isn't always a vigorous burst. Sounds like you're about ready to go. Congratulations.

if you were leaking fluid it would feel a bit like your wetting yourself or trickle down your legs you would no if this was happening
your more likely just getting a lot more discharge which is very common in pregnancy
please speak to your doctor/midwife if your still worried

your fluid is clear and watery - you will not see it when you wipe. You just have normal pregnant discharge.
