I checked the sensors, all fine, but, car when in park is still idling 3000rpm. Then, when I took it for a spin, going about 45mph, with barely touching the gas, it still was idling high....any help would be great...thanks

If the throttle linkage is returning fully then perhaps, if this car has mechanical or vacuum ignition advance, the advancer plate may be stuck, take a little WD-40 to it.
I know for awhile on older Bosch EFI there was an idle valve with separate idle brain, that often caused this type of problem, Gently tapping the relays, &/or valve, with a wrench would point out the faulty part as problem vanished.
