Like the kind that doesn't grow to be 300lbs? He is an all black, small baby pig.

I got him from a flea market, so I don't know what his mother's size is. And- how old do pigs usually live to be?

No way to tell without knowing his parents or if you got him from a specific breeder. Even so called miniature pot bellied pigs usually get over 100lbs.

Ask the owner of the mother pig, or if you see the mother then you will be able to tell how bit the piglet will grow.

first, how old is he? if he's old(for a piglet) and not growing rapidly, he will probably be the small kind. ask a vet.
