HUH????? Lets see if I can decipher this. Who means you are asking for a name or names. Man doesn't seem to fit anywhere. Are is just the verb connecting the misspelled word "genuie", which could be a mistake for "genuises" or "genuine", and Now means "at this moment". So, you are, apparently asking for a list of names of Men, as opposed to women, who are either genuises or genuine at this moment in time. And why they are. Since the definition of "genuis" means someone who measures a certain score on an IQ test, that list would be in the thousands. I don't know what you would mean by a list of men who are genuine. Obviously the answer to why is because of their genetics and chance.
