Can I be having having contractions at 3 months?? I don't know so help!!!

If it's anything it's probably either braxton hicks or round ligament pain.
Call your doctor and ask to go see them, they will be able to help you.

ive had two normal pregnancies and im now on my third...with both previous pregs, i constantly had what are called Braxton-Hicks contractions and basically it would cause my uterus to constrict and become very hard. When i was laying on my back they were considerably more frequent and very uncomfortable. So yes, you are probably having them, but don't panic, its normal.

If you are experiencing something that feels like menstrual cramps do not be worried unless it very painful or is accompanied by bleeding.
It's very normal for women to experience some cramping throughout pregnancy.

drink a lot of water and lay down generaly if you get cramping before 7 months its a good sign that u are getting dehydrated and u just need to relax i would highly suggest getting the book what to expect when ur expecting it is a pregnancy bible trust me
