See my neighbour right across from me can get wireless internet since there no trees near them but we can't because all the trees next to us. So what we want to do is share the internet that our neighbour will be getting. You see we need a powerfull router that can go atleast half km around or even less. It's need be able to have a low lang time at less then 10. So does anybody have any clue what router i could use for this. Maybe even one that would have an antena outside.

There is equipment made to do just what you want. It will need to be installed at your neighbors and probably by the wireless supplier he is using. Outdoor bridges, outdoor routers, and high performance client units are all available and used to accomplish what you want.

From the sound of this he is using someone else's open wireless connection. If he does not have permission he is breaking the law and could face up to 5 years in prison.
