I don't think you would have to take the tampon out to use the bathroom. It isn't blocking that part. It is in further than that. I would recommend changing it anyways though, unless you urinate frequently. When I am on my cycle, I always change my feminine hygiene products when I use the bathroom.

You can urinate with a tampon in and dont need to change it everytime you go to the washroom. But if blood is present on your panty liner, its likely time to change it. Also, never leave a tampon in for more than 6 hours, and at bedtime its best to use a pad.

You need to change your tampon every 4-6 hours, so if the tampon is fairly new you can just leave it in while you pee. =)

Um...I'd think you'd take it out...but if you are using the bathroom you might as well change the tampon because you don't want to take it out and put the same one back in, and you don't want to piss on the tampon because then you'll definatly have to change it...so yeah...

You do not have to change it every time you go to the bathroom. Just make sure you change it within 8 hrs. (Think of the money you would spend if you had to change it every time. You'd go through a box every cycle!)
