1st Question:
If your doctor said it was discharge then it was discharge and nothing else she would have told you if it was your mucus plug doctors can tell when you loose it.

2nd Question:
Look more into it, have the rash tested to see if it's shingles or not. Shingles is the adult version of chicken pox, did you have chicken pox as a child? If you did more than likely it's just irritation like your gp said.

3rd Question:
It's possible to be leaking at this time during your pregnancy. It's probably more colostrium than anything else. Because normally your milk doesn't come in until 3-4 days after your baby is born.

4th Question:
As for your belly itching, that is normal as well. It's because your skin is stretching to accomodate the baby growing inside of you. And it's common for it to be more on one side because the baby typically choses a favorite side and tends to lay on it more.

Hope I helped you some!

Im 29 weeks pregnant, and I thought i was leaking amniotic fluid too. Well I'm not leaking it, it is just increased discharge. If it was your mucus plug, it would be a gross big glob of snotty looking stuff, kinda the texture of hair gel. I'm not sure what to think of the rash, My stomach is kinda rashy too, but it is just irritation from it stretching. I am already leaking from my breasts too, it isnt milk yet, it is colostrum, mine leaks if i push on my boob, or if my boyfriend pinches my breast too.

Get some lotion and start putting it on your skin. Mucus plug is usually mucus with blood. Yes fluid will come out of your breasts if you pinch them if you are pregnant. How old are you? You need to get some books and read up on pregnancy. Be informed. Get educated. Education is power. If you are informed about things you will not be as scared. Good luck!!!

It wasn't the plug. Once the you lose the plug the baby is ready to be born. The scratch is skin stretching. I don't know what shingles are, so I won't comment on that.

if you were leaking fluid then your dr would have told you...normally when you lose your plug its kinda pinkish...where is this rash (if its in your vaginal area it could be a yeast infection, but if the dr has seen it he/she would have told you so)...yes you probably did leak some colostrum(milk isn't produced til after the baby is a few days old)...the 'scratch' is probably a stretch mark (sometimes they itch, sometimes they burn, sometimes you can't feel them)

Go to your OB-GYN. U should have one and if u do u should it being following a treatment since the moment u got pregnant (called prenatal care). So any question that u have especially if u r 32 weeks pregnant should be answer by the OB-GYN.
