It depends on if you were ovulating (egg was available to be fertilized) when you had sex and if that fertilized egg attaches. It can take several days after sex. This is not a guarantee you will get pregnant - the EGG HAS TO BE THERE AND SO DOES THE SPERM at the same time... You can have sex, there's no egg for 3 more days, no pregnancy.
Most women ovulate around day 14 of their cycle. If your cycle is 28 days (day 1 is the start of your period).
You can miss your next period and still not have signs of being pregnant, even if you are.
Usually, I had some symptoms within 2 weeks after missing my period. Everyone is different. You would be better off taking a test after your missed period to know for sure.
