What to do with a game in .nrg format?

I downloaded the game F.E.A.R. in an .nrg format and I would to know how to convert or do whatever so I can actually play it. Thanks.

Hi,

The downloaded file is a Nero Image file.
You can burn a cd directly using this image file.

use nero burning software to burn to a dvd
