I have an emachine etower400 ix that i baught second hand?

Question

I can get into the key with my pass word but his data is still on the computer and i want to erace his data but the computer wont let me is there any thing i can do to clear entire computer including his data and start fresh?

Reformatting then reinstalling Windows will give you a fresh start. Be sure you back up important files before doing it. After reinstalling Windows, immediately install the motherboard chipset drivers. If LAN, sound and graphics are on-board, the drivers usually come w/ the CD containing the chipset drivers. Also install the drivers of other devices that are plugged in on the PCI slot and USB ports. Then you can install your favorite softwares.
