Yes it's sanitary...wear a tampon because unlike the previous poster, the water does not "Hold it all in"...water does not rush up your vagina and "hold" anything...

Yeah, it's completly sanitary if you are wearing a tampon, if you aren't, then that is definatly not sanitary, if you are going swimming, you should really consider wearing a tampon.

Of course it is sanitary. It may even make you feel better if you have bad cramps. ( of course you want to use tampons instead of sanitary napkins)

If the woman wears a tampon, absolutely. No harm will come to her or the body of water she's swimming in.

yes just make sure its new tampon.you dont want it to leak and show.you will look like red arrows doin a display in the pool lol
