I think you might mean "turbid" meaning an area that is stirred up and muddy from currents hitting the shoreline causing turbidity (cloudiness).

Are you looking for fish that live in those conditions? Not many will on any long term basis. The cloudiness doesn't allow algae to grow, and this is the basis for the food chain. If sunlight can't get through the water for algae to grow, the insects and other small animals that feed the fish don't have the food they need to eat.

Some fish that will tolerate those conditions (at least in freshwater) are species like carp and some catfish.
