The barbs are bullies and need to be kept in a group of 6 or more to be happy. The danio isn't a bully (just hyperactive) and should also be kept in a school.
The behavior you're describing is one of ammoinia poisoning from having too many fish in the tank too soon. You need to do a partial water change (25-50%) ASAP.

Ok the tiger barb should be kept in groups of 6 or more (you are keeping them in a 3, (this is why they are fighting/attacking other fish ) Did you test the tank,Cycle it? Do you have a filter? How big is the tank?

Vacuum the gravel, but don't remove more than 20% of the water. The Danio will need at least 2 more of the same kind and the Barbs will have to go because they are really aggressive with Platties and will absolutley destroy them. What size is your tank? If it is less than 10 gallons, all of the fish except the Platties have to go. If you can, email me and I can help you fix whatever problem you are having with your fish... email me at "nosoop4u@cox.net". Good luck!
P.S.: Somebody posted that Danios are aggressive, they are not aggressive at all, just hyper.

I think there is something wrong with the water. While the barbs do fight, flesh eating parasites can also damage fins. Look for tiny white spots on the fins. If they are present, then it is probably ick or some other disease. Ick Away and melafix will take care of it if it is a disease. Also, have you declorinated the water?

tiger barbs are semi aggressive so will eventually kill your others. I would guess you put too many fish in at once and changed the ph in the water. In a well established tank you can do this but a newer it changes things.

The Zebra Danio... This is an agrasive fish! The zebra will attack your other fish no matter how small it is! I had one and it killed some of my Tetras... You sounds like you have a Community tank! When you get new fish ask for Community fish only! Also.. Buy your fish in Odd numbers... NEVER get just one... like 3 or 5... some fish you can buy in 2's but never buy just one!

You need to research cycling your tank until then do a 40% water change right away.Your fish are suffering from ammonia possoning and until the tank is fully cycle you must do frequent water changes to keep the fish from dieing. Heres a good web site with lots of information for beginers:
http://www.tropicalfishcentre.co.uk/index.html
This page explans the nitrogen cycle in detail:

Call the fish/ pet store and ask what it is. I would leave it alone and see how it dose. After a couple of days it could get better and do fine.

The rotting fins are probably a symptom of ammonia poisoning.I'll bet no-one told you about cycling the tank.
