this year i am going to a new school and for gym sometimes we have to swim. and i dont know how i am going to swim because i have my period

Wear tampons. As long as they are inserted properly you don't even feel them. If you wear a tampon properly, the risks of infection are extremely rare. And water doesn't stop a period.(at my high school, we didn't have to swim if we had our period. The nurse just had to sign the note and then we just had to stretch)

When you have your period, the flow stops when you're in the pool or bath. Wearing a tampon is the easiest thing to do if you want to be sure.

you should wear a tampon but using them is kind of hard and you could get an infection or something from using them but i think that you should wait until your period is over then go swimming.

You can either tell your pe teacher yourself, wear a tampon ( aks your mom first!!!), or ask a parent (your mom) to send an emil or tell the pe teacher!!

tell your P.E teacher, i have the same problem coz i dont lyk tampons so just say that u have ya period they understand xxx

use tampax start with mini then try regular.use ky if its hard to get inside you comfortably.also check string isnt dangling out of costume!!!
