If you're asking how long a typical regular-season series lasts, the usual schedule is a series Thursday through Sunday (4 games), then another series Monday through Wednesday (three games). If there is an off day, it's usually Monday or Thursday. On those weeks there will be two series of three games each. A series might go to five games if a make-up game is scheduled, and I suppose on rare occasions series are scheduled for five games.
