took first day it looked positive .so worried took next day itself and it came negative .will sperm count reduce if we take 2 days in a row or something wrong with me .should i contact doctor

Nothing wrong with you. your body needs time to recover to have same sperm count, that is why with couples wanting kids, it is suggested to have sex every other day
